1. Work with product engineer to research pre-launch parts and make sure new part can be volume-produced.

6. Handle non-conforming material/products, and work out solution by team work. 

    处理生产中的不良品，并通过团队合作寻求解决办法。

7. Assist Manager to implement 5S in workshop.

    协助部门经理在生产现场实施5S。

1. Evaluate or redesign products for customers to use P/M technology

3. Design tools, adaptors and fixtures for the products

    设计模具、连接器件、工装和夹具

4. Establish manufacturing process and determine the cost of the process and solve 

technical problems in the process

5. Fulfill related QC documents and procedures of TS16949 including inspection records.

    按照IATF16949 质量系统的要求制定各种程序文件包括各种质量记录表格

6. Test new equipments, test new process and adjust the tools of the new product

    新设备和新工艺的试验，以及新产品和新模具的调试

7. Implement continuous improvement programs to reduce cost, to ensure qualified production, and to improve manufacturing efficiency.

    实施持续改进计划，以保证降低成本、提高产品质量、改善生产效率

8. Provide technical support for market development and secondary machining and enter the routing of new programs into QAD system and provide training for operators.
